**About the Role**

The company we are partnering with operates the largest and most diverse private aircraft fleet in the world, providing a unique opportunity for a talented Senior Contact Center Engineer to make a meaningful impact. As a key member of their Global Communications Technologies organization, you will work collaboratively across teams to design, implement, and configure Genesys Cloud solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and deploy API strategies to integrate with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Develop conversational AI platforms to support large deployments.

**Requirements**

  • 3 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud or Pure Cloud.
  • Prior experience with AI technologies, including machine learning and Generative AI.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud solutions and cloud technologies.

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
