Responsibilities encompass all front desk operations, including but not limited to patient check-in and check-out, handling phone inquiries, verifying insurance details, and managing payment collections.

As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will conduct a range of assessments, gather patient medical histories, administer ophthalmic treatments, and operate various pre-testing instruments.

No prior healthcare experience is necessary; however, previous exposure in customer service or sales within upscale environments such as concierge services, spas, hotels, fine dining, retail, or exclusive clubs is advantageous.


Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Calendar and Scheduling Software, Medical Software, Internet Navigation, and Data Entry.
