About The Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Systems Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for motivating and managing a team of IT Systems engineers who optimize and secure our SaaS application portfolio. You'll work closely with our Head of IT to scale our IT Systems team, emphasizing technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless end-user experiences.

What You'll Achieve
  • Lead team efforts to build and improve automation efforts to protect against evolving threats for employee lifecycle management using critical business systems and role-based IAM best practices.
  • Oversee and design a comprehensive IAM strategy and policies aligned with our organization's security posture, access governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain team documentation around standard operation procedures, policies, and systems architecture.
Skills You'll Need to Bring
  • 7+ years of relevant IAM solutions experience and 8+ years of general IT systems experience.
  • 5+ years of proven management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success building and configuring tools to automate identity management, enforce access governance, and provide role-based user access.
  • Experience in managing identity and access management tools (Okta) and integrating them to critical SaaS tools, including Notion, Slack, Zoom, GitHub, etc.
  • Experience managing employee devices (macOS, Windows) and virtualized environments (AWS, VMWare) using device management software (Intune, Kandji, Munki) and endpoint operations (Chef, Fleet).
  • Experience in implementing Zero Trust architecture in a corporate environment.
