Role Overview: As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals under our care. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $14.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training, assistance, and oversight to clients in essential life skills, recreational activities, and various support services in both home and community environments.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, housekeeping, and medication management.
  • Encourage and facilitate positive relationships between clients and their employers, promoting community involvement through outings and transportation support.
  • Collaborate closely with our clinical team to implement and uphold therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of six months to one year in the human services sector.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License from your state of residence, with at least one year of post-permit driving experience.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • A compassionate demeanor and a commitment to assisting others.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
