Pinnacle Home Care Inc. - Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of skilled home healthcare providers. As an Occupational Therapist with Pinnacle Home Care Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while enjoying a supportive and balanced work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their independence and quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' homes to identify potential hazards and barriers to independent living, and provide recommendations for modifications and equipment needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs to improve patients' functional abilities, including teaching new skills and retraining patients in daily activities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, and submit reports to physicians as required.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Licensed to practice as an OT in the State of Florida.
  • Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
  • Current BLS Certification.
