Community Childcare Services Coordinator

In the role of Community Childcare Services Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to connect families from various backgrounds with exceptional childcare services. You will also engage with families to identify and eliminate any obstacles they may face in securing suitable childcare. Additionally, the Coordinator will occasionally represent Comprehensive Community Child Care Inc. at local community gatherings.

We seek candidates who possess:

  • An Associate degree in Communications, Social Work, Education, or a related discipline, OR 3-5 years of experience in customer service or social services.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in networking is advantageous.
  • Public speaking skills and the ability to conduct training sessions.
