Job Overview:

As a Psycho-social Treatment Coordinator at ICL, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' mental health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and circumstances.

  3. Provide evidence-based interventions to support clients' mental health and well-being.
  4. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Licensed as a Master Licensed Social Worker (MLSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations and conducting psychosocial assessments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
