Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of furniture and hard surfaces in public spaces.
  • Keep floors clear of debris and address any carpet stains.
  • Ensure elevators are clean and free from litter.
  • Regularly empty waste receptacles located in public areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in employee break rooms and restrooms.
  • Utilize cleaning chemicals according to guidelines and familiarize yourself with all Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Adhere to procedures for protection against bloodborne pathogens.
  • Follow sustainability practices as outlined in our EarthView program.
  • Practice safe working habits, including wearing protective equipment and complying with MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • This position may require a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
