Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing individual and group speech and language therapy sessions to students with a range of communication disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Assessing student progress and making data-driven decisions to inform treatment
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices in speech and language therapy and incorporating new techniques and strategies into practice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters of Science in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology or similar coursework from an accredited program
  • ASHA CCC's
  • Valid CA State SLP license or Credentials or RPE license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
