Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies to support the Electrification and Energy Solutions (E+ES) go-to-market deployment strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across marketing channels.
  • Design and deliver core content and materials, including Unique Selling Propositions, web pages, product/services brochures, and sales training materials.
  • Work with enterprise process owners and internal/external suppliers to produce, translate, and publish content.

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree.
  • 12+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience, including 3+ years of digital marketing experience.

Soft & Technical Skills:

  • Project leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of electronic publishing/delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and execution.
  • Understanding of marketing data compliance and marketing metrics.
  • Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to lead team and deliver results.
