Position Overview

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $71,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional perks include a 401k plan, profit sharing, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational standards.
  • Managing work schedules across two shifts: an opening shift from 9 AM to 8 PM and a closing shift starting at 4 PM.
