Position Overview:
The role of Training Program Coordinator is a full-time position based in an office setting, with standard hours during the day from Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings required based on training schedules. This position is responsible for providing administrative support for organization-wide learning and medication administration training programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and implementing training programs across the organization
- Scheduling training sessions and observing staff during training
- Tracking all related documentation for medication administration
- Maintaining training files and collaborating with key personnel to ensure compliance with training requirements

Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with two years of experience in an administrative support role. An associate's degree and at least one year of specialized administrative experience are preferred.
Experience: Medication Administration Certification and experience in facilitating training sessions are advantageous. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
