About the Role

This position is responsible for leading water mitigation efforts and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have high-level performance in water mitigation, proven leadership capabilities, and a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead water mitigation efforts, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with warehouse and facility-related tasks when necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications preferred but not required (IICRC: ASD- Applied Structural Drying; WRT- Water Damage Restoration Technician; FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician).
  • Ability to lift 75lbs frequently.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $15.50-$18.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.
  • Paid personal time off (PTO) after first year of employment.
  • Seven paid holidays per year.
