Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, and submittal requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.
  • Prepare and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site.
  • Facilitate company safety program, including job site safety inspections and weekly safety meetings.
  • Maintain daily reports and submit to Project Manager and/or Prime contractor.
  • Review and adhere to project schedule.
  • Maintain project photos and ensure good housekeeping practices are employed.
  • Manage quality control by confirming that all equipment and material installed is what was submitted by subcontractor.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
