Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars in Bergen County, NJ. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational soccer activities for children, ensuring their safety and success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead soccer classes for children, promoting a non-competitive and stress-free environment
- Use individual attention to ensure every child has success and reaches their full potential
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate their successes
- Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to continuously improve your coaching skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably as a sports coach, teacher, or leader
- High school students, college graduates, or performers who love working with children are a great fit
- Availability to work after-school hours and weekends
