Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncolytic Pharmacist to join our team at MaineHealth. As a key member of our ambulatory oncology practice, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients with cancer, including medication therapy management and drug therapy review.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient-specific needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in oncology pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACCP-accredited school/college of pharmacy.
  • Eligible or currently licensed in the State of Maine.
  • PGY2 Oncology Residency training and/or oncology experience, such as Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems related to drug therapy.
