Residential Sales Specialist

The Residential Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with investors, potential investors, and the investment community to facilitate future business. This includes:
- Continually analyzing investor inquiries to develop efficient processes to resolve and eradicate investor concerns in a timely manner.
- Taking the initiative in generating new leads and relationships through outbound calling and networking activities.
- Staying updated and informed on the local real estate market to be aware of current local real estate trends.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high-performance mindset, and a natural ability to negotiate and close deals.
