About the Role

The **General Manager** is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of our coffee shop. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of baristas and shift leaders to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements
