About the Role

The **General Manager** is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of our coffee shop. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of baristas and shift leaders to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience in our coffee shop, from greeting to payment.
  • Operations and Logistics: Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.

Requirements
