The Post at Mint Hill Llc is a family care home that caters to 6 residents in each of our homes. We have a true family atmosphere and a resident-to-staff ratio of 1:3 during wake hours.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for ensuring all care needs for each resident are met, being a companion to our residents, and effective communication with fellow staff, residents, and family members.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all care needs for each resident is met
  • Being a companion to our residents
  • Effective and polite communication to fellow staff, residents and family members
  • Attention to detail especially around cleanliness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 1 year of experience in caregiving, preferably as a CNA or med aide. A CPR certification is also preferred.

What We Offer

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $18.50-$19.00 per hour and flexible scheduling. You will also enjoy working in a long-term care setting with geriatric patients.
