Join Our Oral Health Care Team

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our team in Charlotte-Ballantyne. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

About the Position:

  • Assist dental hygienists in delivering patient care and treatment coordination
  • Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment and collect patient health histories
  • Assist with patient management during procedures and prepare dental materials and equipment as needed
  • Complete instrument cleaning and sterilization and post-op sanitization of treatment rooms

Essential Requirements:

  • Preferably 1+ year experience as a Dental Hygiene Assistant
  • CDA certification, radiological equivalency exam through NC State Board of Dental Examiners, or completed CODA-accredited dental assisting program
  • CPR certification within 30 days of hire and Coronal Polishing Certification
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft and/or Denticon software is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
