About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a Leasing Professional, you will play a critical role in managing the sales process from start to finish, working closely with the leasing team to create and build relationships with potential residents, conduct property tours, and develop innovative marketing strategies to showcase our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including conducting property tours and presenting our properties to potential residents.
  • Work closely with the leasing team to create and build relationships with potential residents, identify their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase our properties and attract new residents.
  • Assist the property manager with resident relations, including assisting with the application and move-in process, addressing resident concerns, and conducting lease renewals.
  • Provide outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both residents and office staff.
Requirements
  • Desire to learn and grow within the property management industry, with a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong sales aptitude and focus on providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both residents and office staff.
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality, with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked, with the ability to work weekends.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
