About the RoleThis RN Nursing Unit Manager position is perfect for a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio with 2-5 years of Supervisory/Management experience and previous Long Term Care Experience.
As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis. You will also be responsible for leading a team and making decisions that impact patient care.
