As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations.   • Community Engagement: fostering relationships with facilities, support coordinators, charitable organizations, and the broader community.
  • Client Support: matching caregivers to specific care needs and personalities, ensuring effective communication and overall assistance.
  • On-Call Duties: participating in a rotation with your team to provide continuous support for our clients.
