KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Announcements
  • Craft and uphold comprehensive job descriptions for diverse roles within the organization.
  • Disseminate job announcements across suitable job boards and professional networks.
  • Regularly review and update job postings to ensure optimal visibility and engagement from potential applicants.
Candidate Sourcing
  • Employ a variety of sourcing strategies, including networking and participation in job fairs, to identify high-caliber talent.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Proactively seek out passive candidates and cultivate a talent pool for future hiring initiatives.
Candidate Screening
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to gauge candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to maintain consistent evaluation standards for candidates.
Interview Preparation
  • Work alongside hiring managers to develop detailed interview guides tailored to each position.
  • Ensure interview guides encompass pertinent questions that assess candidate competencies and align with organizational values.
  • Provide training and resources to interviewers to familiarize them with the interview process.
Interview Coordination
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Communicate essential details to candidates, including interview logistics and preparation requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the interview journey, offering timely updates and addressing inquiries.
Job Offer Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job offer specifics, including compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and extend contingent job offers to selected candidates.
  • Oversee background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment protocols.
Onboarding Coordination
  • Organize and facilitate new employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate with various departments to equip new hires with necessary resources and access.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the onboarding process to improve the overall employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events and job fairs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting business via telephone and computer.
  • Mobility to walk and navigate between departments.
  • Capacity to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
WORK SCHEDULE
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours and weekend commitments.
