As a Document Control Administrator II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of documents and records for one of our major clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage preventative maintenance due dates and completed paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Update and maintain preventative maintenance paperwork, including modifying and managing documents as needed.
  • Create and manage electrical equipment in our enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
  • Provide secure and controlled access to documents and records, ensuring that sensitive information is protected.
  • Process purchase requisitions and invoices for catalyst vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Audit electrical equipment for maintenance plan existence, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business environment related to records management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic data management systems.
  • Experience with proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems is highly desirable.
