Challenge Unlimited Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Worker to join our team. As a Mailroom Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom functions.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and deliver mail from the post office and distribute it to various departments within the refinery or assigned sites.
- Sort and organize mail by recipient name or department, preparing it for delivery.
- Apply postage to mail using the postage meter and prepare shipping labels for overnight packages.
- Perform duplication and print jobs, including copying, folding, binding, and other tasks as assigned.
- Assist with training and answer questions as they arise, promoting a culture that advances the company's mission to provide work opportunities to individuals with disabilities.
- Candidates with a documented disability will be strongly considered.
- Pass federal and state background checks.
- Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Pass driving background checks.
- Pass a drug test.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs.
- Pushing and pulling up to 45 lbs.
