Job Title: Plumbing & Leak Detection Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing & Leak Detection Lead to join our team at Pegasus Leak Detection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our leak detection team and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our customers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and leak detection, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for locating, consulting, and offering repair on hidden water leaks, as well as supervising a team of leak detection specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate hidden leaks consistently, accurately, and efficiently
  • Sell repair jobs
  • Accurately and consistently consult on utility location, leak detection, leak surveying, plumbing, and environmental services
  • Create detailed reports
  • Build relationships with vendors
  • Consult the repair team on how to perform repairs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
