Job Title: Plumbing & Leak Detection Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing & Leak Detection Lead to join our team at Pegasus Leak Detection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our leak detection team and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our customers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and leak detection, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for locating, consulting, and offering repair on hidden water leaks, as well as supervising a team of technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and identify hidden water leaks using advanced equipment and techniques
  • Consult with customers to determine the best course of action for leak repair
  • Supervise a team of technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve leak detection and repair processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing and leak detection, with a strong background in leadership and supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and tools up to 75 pounds
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions. You will also be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and may be exposed to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
