Key Responsibilities:
- Research and gather insights about potential properties and local neighborhoods to effectively address client inquiries.
- Coordinate property showings with clients and listing agents promptly.
- Assist the lead agent by showcasing properties that align with client needs and budgets, leading to increased sales.
- Aid clients in determining optimal offer prices and support them through the closing process to ensure a smooth and equitable transaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client communications to provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up on leads and generate new opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing technologies or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager for professional advancement.
- A valid real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 annually.
