MMP Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide comprehensive counseling services in support of a well-known organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Counseling Services: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.

2. Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' presenting concerns, strengths, and treatment needs. Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment findings, clinical diagnosis, and client goals.

3. Psychoeducation and Skill Building: Facilitate psychoeducational workshops, support groups, and skill-building sessions on topics such as stress management, coping skills, communication techniques, and conflict resolution.

4. Collaborative Care Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate integrated care plans for clients.

5. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethics standards.

Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of DC, MD, or VA.

Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical counseling services.
