As an Environmental Field Chemist, you'll play a critical role in our team's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sampling, collection, identification, characterization, and packaging of non-hazardous and hazardous waste materials within customer facilities.
  • Segregation, labeling, and manifesting of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
  • Supporting hazardous household waste collection events.
  • Operating a Class "B" vehicle to transport waste from customer sites.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A college degree in chemistry or an equivalent science discipline.
  • Familiarity with 49CFR 171 and 40 CFR 265 requirements.
  • OSHA, DOT, and RCRA experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and a Class "B" CLD license with hazardous materials endorsements is preferred.
  • A safety-oriented mindset and the determination to follow all procedures and policies.
