Position Overview

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to traffic laws while operating vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Exhibit a professional and friendly attitude towards all patients, visitors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Welcome and greet all patients and visitors, following established protocols.
  • Assist patients and visitors with their belongings, offering directions and general support as necessary.
  • Before taking possession of any vehicle, evaluate and document any existing damage.
  • Keep a record of the parking location along with the corresponding valet ticket number.
  • Clarify parking fees and retrieval processes to patients and visitors upon their arrival.
  • Promptly report any incidents to the manager or Lane Captain on duty.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding work-related information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with no restrictions and the ability to present the most recent driving record.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic related to American currency, comprehend applicable rates for time elapsed, and understand both 24-hour and military time formats.
  • Capability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
  • Successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Physical Requirements:

Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).

  • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Capability to push and pull (on wheelchair) weights ranging from 100 to 350 pounds.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and extended hours as needed.
