The part-time faculty members at Umpqua Community College are devoted to fostering learning through contemporary pedagogical methods, advanced technology, and specialized knowledge in their fields. While facilitating learning is the primary responsibility, faculty also contribute to the college and student support initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in the discipline or equivalent experience as per State of Oregon requirements for respective academic fields.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience at the community college level.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in online instruction is preferred, with classroom teaching experience being advantageous.
