Job Overview:

The Medical Oncology Cancer Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care and patient services. Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals, ensuring that all patients receive safe and effective care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Participating in interdisciplinary team activities to promote collaboration and communication
  • Providing guidance and coaching to nursing associates to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintaining a focus on professionalism and excellence in all aspects of the job
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
  • A valid RN license in the State of New Mexico
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Current ACLS Certification or obtain within 6 months
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department
