This leadership position plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care at the Medical Oncology Cancer Center within Christus Health.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a clinical department, ensuring exceptional nursing services and adhering to stringent quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and guiding a team of nurses to provide compassionate patient care
- Maintaining a safe and effective work environment that promotes excellence in nursing practice
- Participating in interdisciplinary team activities to enhance patient outcomes
To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess:
- A Graduate degree from an accredited school of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- National specialty certification is highly desirable

- A competitive estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience
