Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and caring Medical Assistant to support our primary care team at LMH Health. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  2. Assist with scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and arranging hospital and lab services.
  3. Prepare laboratory specimens, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments.
  4. Provide patient education on procedures, laboratory tests, medications, and other essential information.
Requirements:
  • Active Kansas Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or completion of a Medical Assistant program.
  • BLS certification upon hire.
  • Certified/Registered as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
