Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Vidant Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing or higher required.
  • Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state required.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support required.
