Job Summary

Neuberger Berman Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Due Diligence Associate to support the Private Wealth Investment Group in delivering customized investment solutions to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Investment Platform to enhance the due diligence process, including research, communications, and operational onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor Neuberger Berman public and private products and strategies utilized within NB Private Wealth
  • Evaluate and monitor third-party products and strategies utilized within NB Private Wealth
  • Provide education to the Investment Strategy Team, Wealth Advisory, and NB Trust Company on all products and strategies
  • Document and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
  • Partner with the Investment Communications Team to deliver relevant information on the platform
  • Prepare relevant business analytics
  • Liaise with the PW Operating Platform Team, IT & Operations for all strategy/product-related items
Requirements
  • 3+ years of industry experience required, CFA, and/or other designations preferred
  • Experience in manager due diligence and portfolio construction, preferably across all asset classes, public and private
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team player focused on continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in an empathetic and constructive manner
  • Embrace and promote a culture of client focus, excellence, integrity, and teamwork, effectively encouraging innovation and open dialogue
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Bloomberg/Factset/MStar Direct preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 exams preferred
Compensation

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
