Sales Representative

Are you a sales enthusiast looking to elevate your skills and make a lasting impact on customers? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink, a leading retail and marketing agency. As a Sales Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to showcase the latest innovations in home audio and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the Sonos brand and promote their home theater technology to customers
- Execute sales strategies to drive program operations and meet key performance indicators
- Build strong relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos' sales in assigned stores
- Engage customers through product demonstrations and identify their individual needs
- Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
- Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Previous sales experience, with a background in consumer electronics a plus
- Strong sales aptitude, enthusiasm, and a high degree of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs
- Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet

- Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $19.00
- Seasonal weekend schedule with 12 hours per week
- Sales bonuses up to 20% and retention bonuses for program completion
