Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prescription Processing: Accurately process prescriptions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the pharmacy and sales floor areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PTCB Certification: Possession of or willingness to obtain PTCB certification.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems.
  • Inventory Control: Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices.
