Mental Health Clinician Role

- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine treatment recommendations and priorities
- Provide crisis counseling and support group facilitation to individuals, groups, and families as needed
- Develop and implement holistic integrated treatment plans in collaboration with team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records, including federal- and state-mandated forms
- Refer clients to other resources and services, such as job placement services and community organizations
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and be licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota or hold a current license in those states. Excellent communication and time management skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
