Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain business analytics and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Workforce Optimization: Design and implement workforce optimization strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce workloads and improve quality.

Requirements
  • Education: 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required
  • Experience: 5 – 7+ Years experience in workforce management and business analytics directly related to the specific responsibilities of this position (Required)
  • Technical Skills: Verint software experience, Strong Excel, building Macros preferred
