Overview:
The Registered Nurse First Assistant plays a critical role in providing direct patient care within the surgical environment, acting as the primary assistant to the surgeon during operations.
Applicants must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a perioperative setting and hold a current CNOR certification. Credentialing through the hospital's Medical Staff office is mandatory.
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is essential.
Requirements:
- Active RNFA certification with CNOR
- Valid nursing license in California
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
