We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support our Foreign Military Financing (FMF) and International Military Education and Training (IMET) programs. The successful candidate will have experience working with budgeting and financial data management systems, as well as providing administrative support for program officers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working on budget and fiscal processes for large-scale programs, preferably with the Department of State or the Department of Defense. They will also have experience with data extraction and presentation using tools such as Oracle, MS Access, and Tableau.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting program officers in the budgeting and execution process of the office's multibillion-dollar accounts, including general accounting, data entry and validation, reconciliation, and efficient reporting from the data management systems in use.

The successful candidate will also have strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting complex information. Knowledge of U.S. government security assistance or security cooperation programs is strongly desirable.
