Role Overview

Trellix is hiring a Channel Solutions Engineer to support our North American Enterprise business. This Channel SE will work with channel account managers within the Enterprise business as a technical sales expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations to showcase how Trellix's offerings address those needs.
  • Work with the sales team to drive revenue growth and build pipeline.
  • Provide technical escalation management within accounts and ensure successful product evaluations.
  • Stay informed about security trends and industry analysts reports and information.
About You
  • You have at least 5+ years of security experience with deep knowledge in end-to-end security solutions including XDR.
  • You are able to conduct customer presentations and provide technical expertise on customer product and solution demonstrations.
  • You are experienced in supporting customer beta activities and early adopter programs.
  • You know how to provide technical escalation management within accounts and ensure successful product evaluations.
