We are seeking an experienced Nursing Recruitment Manager to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing recruitment, retention, engagement activities through implementation and evaluation of recruitment policies and procedures of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing Administration, Education, or Clinical Specialty, or equivalent field, and five years of satisfactory nursing experience, with three years in a supervisory or teaching capacity. A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing with six years of satisfactory nursing experience, four years of which shall have been in a supervisory or teaching capacity, may also be considered. Additionally, the candidate must be licensed and currently registered to practice as a Professional Nurse in New York State.

As a Nursing Recruitment Manager, you will collaborate with nursing leadership, facility HR, and finance in the process of recruitment and retention. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to recruit, retain, and engage staff to ensure quality care while maintaining staff and patient satisfaction. You will also devise and implement processes to expedite approval of vacancies, participate in interviewing and hiring processes, and maintain and update vacancy listings and share information with nursing leadership.
