Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with dialysis treatment, including setup, operation, and maintenance of dialysis machines
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or supervisor
- Provide education to patients and their families on dialysis treatment, vascular access, and disease process
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient care and outcomes
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
- Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline
- Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards
