Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as needed, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
- Quality Control: Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure they meet quality standards and are functioning properly.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of replacement parts, fluids, and consumables as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departmental personnel to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operation of equipment and machinery.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field or 6 years of direct job-related experience preferred.
- PLC Experience: Must have experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
