We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including survey crews, office staff, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Surveying Services: Perform control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying services, as well as other types of projects.
- Proposal Development: Assist in developing proposals, project budgets, and marketing materials to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
- Experience: 5 years of relative work experience, with a strong background in construction staking, boundary survey, and topographic mapping.
- Skills: Strong CAD software experience, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
