As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including survey crews, office staff, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Surveying Services: Perform control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying services, as well as other types of projects.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in developing proposals, project budgets, and marketing materials to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
  • Experience: 5 years of relative work experience, with a strong background in construction staking, boundary survey, and topographic mapping.
  • Skills: Strong CAD software experience, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
