Account Manager for Insurance Sales

This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing client inquiries or concerns regarding their policies promptly
- Providing assistance during claims processes by guiding clients through necessary steps
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions in accordance with company policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Conducting needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and providing tailored solutions
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, be self-motivated and goal-oriented, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
A Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license are required. Prior experience in sales, particularly in insurance or financial services, is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of $41,000 - $51,000 per year, paid time off, vacation after 90 days, and optional health and retirement benefits. Growth potential and opportunities for advancement within the office are also available.
